As members of the modern society we, the ordinary human beings, often miss the point of when we get deeply involved in the dynamic pulse of everyday life without even realizing how destructive it can be for our overall health condition.

In this situation, being exposed to such detrimental factors as environmental pollution, high level of stress at work (and often at home) and lack of simple dietary regimen (and knowledge about healthy way of life), in combination with the very unpromising sedentary life which majority of people lead, our health slowly starts to deteriorate.

At a certain stage, different for every individual, these processes of health deterioration become irreversible. Then serious diseases get into our life. Now we start looking for help. And, as a rule of thumb, very often it is too late.

Then we start asking ourselves: Where did I make a mistake? When did it actually happen? What can be done?

Although all this could be avoided …

At London Holistic Clinic (LHC)we aim to give you the answers.

Considering the complexity of the specific health issues of every our client, we place our clinical practice on the foundation of the following Five principles:

1. Holistic approach

Holism is a term describing an integral, inclusive approach, which regards each being, system, or object as more than the sum of its parts. It is often associated with medicine, nutrition and lifestyle.

At LHC we deal with the person as a whole – analyzing their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental well-being.

2. Variety of application approach In majority of the cases, based on our knowledge and expertise, during the course of treatments we combine different therapies in order to achieve in short term maximum effect and long lasting results in support of patient’s overall condition.

3. Post therapy educational approach

Our usual practice is during and especially at the end of the course of treatments to give the patients useful information about their further everyday life in terms of physical and psycho-emotional strength exercises, nutrition and general lifestyle.

4. Consistent referral approach

At LHC we work in close conjunction with our fellow colleagues from other holistic and medical practices, whose therapies are not in our scope of practice, e.g. homeopaths, acupuncturists, naturopaths, medical specialists etc.

5. Long term aftercare approach

Our genuine attitude towards the intrinsic value of our practice simply can’t exclude the aftercare approach - we always insist on the patient’s informed active resistance to old habitual activities which provoke and even worsen their health problems. We armor them with general aftercare advice as well. If needed, we supply them with good variety of food supplements, some types of anti-inflammatory ointments, muscle pain balms etc.

This is how LHC works.

Because we do care for your health!
